RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At hfdnss, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
Original tags must be attached.
Items must be in their original packaging.
Valid proof of purchase, such as an original receipt or gift receipt, is required.

Return Process

1. Initiate Your Return

Please contact our customer support team at service@hfdnss.com.
Specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Wait for return instructions from our customer service team before shipping your items.

2. Prepare Your Return

Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
Ensure the items are free of stains, makeup, deodorant, signs of wear, or other damage.
Include all original accessories and documentation.

3. Ship Your Return

Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Keep your proof of postage and tracking number for reference.

Please do not send returned items to our company address unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.

Refund Process

Most returns are inspected and processed within 5–7 business days after receipt.
Refunds are typically processed within 14–21 business days after receiving your returned items.
The refunded amount will include the cost of the returned item(s) and any applicable sales tax, subject to applicable deductions.
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by applicable law.
Refunds for purchases with original receipts will be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for a refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your financial institution.
Returns accompanied by gift receipts will generally receive merchandise credit for the eligible amount.
A $10 return processing fee will be deducted from eligible refunds, except for returns caused by our error or where prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Initiated Returns

For returns due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or accidental purchases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The actual return shipping cost depends on the shipping carrier and service selected by the customer.

A $10 return processing fee may also apply as described in our Refund Process section.

Returns Due to Our Error

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, hfdnss will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Please contact our customer service team at service@hfdnss.com and provide clear photographs of the issue where reasonably available.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return or replacement instructions.

Customers will not be responsible for return shipping costs resulting from our error.

Special Circumstances

We recommend reporting damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery to help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
This recommended reporting period does not limit the 30-day return period or any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service for returns.
If a returned package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact our customer service team. Responsibility will be determined based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, you may return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

All new purchases are subject to product availability and applicable shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

Items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged after receipt.
Items returned without original packaging or required tags.
Items returned outside the applicable 30-day return period.

These restrictions do not apply where a return, refund, replacement, or other remedy is required under applicable law.

Reserved Rights

hfdnss reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to review, limit, or refuse return requests involving:

Excessive return activity suggesting misuse of our return policy.
Repeated returns of worn, altered, washed, damaged, or incomplete merchandise.
Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of our return procedures.
Items that were not purchased from hfdnss.

We may refuse unauthorized or unrelated items sent to our return processing facility and handle such items in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy from time to time.

Any updated version will be published on our website.

Changes will not retroactively reduce rights associated with purchases already completed where prohibited by applicable law.
